Karen Barker and Wetherly Barker Hemeon formed The Barker Team at TTR Sotheby's International Realty in 2012. Consistently named one of Washington's Top Producing Real Estate Teams, TTR Sotheby’s Vice Presidents Karen and Wetherly provide their clients with exceptional service and market knowledge with a personal touch. A mother-daughter team that is passionate, professional, and knowledgeable and believes that building a foundation of trust with their clients is a keystone of a successful real estate transaction.
With over 35 years of combined experience, The Barker Team has assisted buyers and sellers all over the world. Both long-time Northern Virginia residents, Karen and Wetherly are well-acquainted with the real estate market throughout the D.C. metropolitan area, and their wealth of knowledge makes it possible for them to provide their clients with expertise on property valuation, marketing, and contract negotiation. The Barker Team has years of experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and work closely along side their financial team and advisors. Over the past twelve years, Wetherly and Karen have represented over 40 professional athletes and coaches in the Washington DC area and are members of the Elite Sport Network.
